This is just a regular bridge across the Swan River and isn't particularly exciting, nor is it really a tourist attraction in its own right. As a bridge it is perfectly adequate, but it's for sure not worth going out of your way to visit.

The Causeway Bridge is really just a bridge over Swan River connecting Perth City (East Perth) to Burswood and the southern suburbs, and crosses over Heirisson Island.
It's not really a tourist attraction though so give this one a miss.
