The Bibbulmun Track has a special place in our hearts. We have walked the 1000km from Kalamunda to Albany in 2007 and 2017. The facilities: signage, trail markers, shelters and trail well maintained. For me it is a physical and mental experience.

Always good. You can startbin Perth hills and end up in Albany but it's more likely to do a few parts. The beaches at Denmark and Albany are special and well worth doing by any local or visitor. Love it. Just take plenty of water,...More

We've great respect for those who have trekked the entire track. We've merely walked minor sections of the Bibbulmun... and have been fascinated by the diversity of flora and fauna. I'd intended to review the Walpole Inlet Walk, but having just reviewed another section, the...More

Hiked 200+ km. Walpole to Albany section along the track. Revisiting after doing end to end in 2009. Was a wonderful & amazing stroll walking this section again. Nature, Wilderness & Landscapes filling your soul with gypsy wonder & charm.

Great for day walks or overnight stays. Sleeping huts every 15 or so KM's and some amazing scenery to get there. You have to carry everything you need so it keeps things simple. Unbelievable how quickly, when walking and relaxing, how quickly you release the...More

Great walk, well maintained and signed. The huts are well spaced and great for resting. Water tanks were all filled due to recent rain but busier sections might ru out in summer months

The Bibbulmun track stretches 1000km from Perth (Kalamunda) to Albany, and can be enjoyed as an end-to-end walk, multi-day hikes, or day walks. There are huts about 15km apart, but these only provide shelter. I've done many day walks (several of them multiple times) along...More
