My trip over to Dirk Hartog Island was great.Shark Bay Dive and Marine Safaris took us over and then a lovely 4 wheel drive around the Island.Yummy scones were served with jam and cream.Then a talk on the historyof the Island

Unfortunately this island is out of reach of families as the price for a two hour visit is extremely high, not the way to have families and people experience WA and encourage tourism.

Fantastic wilderness experience. Excellent seafood and snorkelling. Keiran Wardle, who manages the tourism on the national park with with the Parks Department, was extremely helpful and organised.
