Whether you are a fan of AC/DC or not, you cannot help but be impressed by the street art on AC/DC Lane. Well worth a visit and make sure you combine it with Hosier lane which is very close by.

Just like Hosier lane, this place has lots of street art and graffiti on the walls. Nowadays, we get street art in many cities in Asia. This lane is quite near Hosier lane. Good for a quick visit but I didn't find the art particularly...More

Visited here and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the artworks and paintings displayed on the walls. The large artwork of a boy walking with a tree in the background was really good. The "pop-out" artwork of Angus Young high on the corner was...More

Much better than Hosier Lane (today at least) as art work is art not just tagging that looks untidy. Nice stroll to enjoy a tribute to AC/DC. there are some cafes/restaurants in the lane way too... Not many tourists (unlike Hosier Lane) so it was...More

In my opinion AC/DC lane was almost as good if not the same as Hosier Lane, but just a lot less touristy - they were definitely the top 2 lane/streets for street art we came across. AC'DC lane had a few 3D pieces as well...More

Sadly most of the photos on TripAdvisor are obsolete. No Angus Young at all, just 2 Malcolm Young murals at the very end. This made it worthwhile but the rest of the lane is unremarkable.

We finally got the chance to visit ACDC Lane just after the Bon Scott artwork was unveiled. It was great to see the Malcolm Young murals too. The Lane seems to be liked after by the council, much cleaner than Amphlett Lane.

It is called ACDC lane after all....so we were expecting a lot more of their artwork. There is some cool stuff but a lot of random graffiti art to who knows what, so a bit disappointing. That being said, glad we went to have a...More

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways
tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary
feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the
city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques,
throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You
never quite know what you’ll find around the next
corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and
even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air
