We met here for pre-dinner drinks on a sunny Friday afternoon after work and sat outside. It has a great atmosphere and yummy cocktails. Can get quite busy inside around 6pm.

Can’t fault this place. Great staff, friendly and helpful. The flatbread at lunch for $10 was very good and a wide range of drinks at the bar. Great spot.

Don't be deceived by the term "bar". Popped in here for a quick lunch and the $10 flatbread lunch deal has to be the best value in town. They are like a pizza, but better and lighter, and very substantial for lunch. And the staff...More

Tiny little upstairs bar, great outlook over Swanston St, a place for local or visitors in the know, you have to access via a rear staircase from the laneway parallel with Swanston St approx 20m from the Collins st cross road. Simple food, simple drinks,...More

The entrance is around the rear and upstairs. It’s a quirky little bar and as the name suggests it’s the balcony that is the highlight. Looking down over the pedestrians. A good variety of unique cocktails. Beers are basically all boutique variety that I’m not...More

The balcony at cabinet is great for drinks, chatting and watching what's going on in Swanson st. On a sunny day it's best but they have good heating for cold days and nights.

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways
tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary
feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the
city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques,
throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You

even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air
