It's functional. However, the views are a big difference from others in the world. there isn't other sights to look out to and be wowed by. If you're out this way it's worth a visit.

Absolutely well worth doing. Fantastic views, good commentary whilst moving around. You can get up and move around or stay seated and take as many photos as you wish. I got the $10 tickets. You can fit a pram in not sure if allowed though....More

It was great to enjoy the beauty of Melbourne and it’s safe to take your kids as well. I wasn’t aware that they are selling tickets for $10 even though you haven’t booked early, that saved my pocket, lol.

Arrived at opening time of 11am. The circle takes approximately 30minutes with commentary in each module. Spectacular 360 degree views of Melbourne and surrounds. Highly recommended, but a bit pricy.More

It moves very slowly, so if you're driving past, it will look like it's not moving at all.
