Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My husband was given this for his 30th birthday and loved every minute of it.
The staff were incredible even helping us through the crowd with our grandmother who was in a wheel chair.
Every thing about this experience and the customer service was incredible.
You must do this at least once 5/5 stars

Like others here already wrote it's NOT worth the money! The photos they take are bad and cost $50!!! The customer service was the worst thing I ever experienced in my life! SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY!!! Also the food was average and not enough seating spaces. Don't do it, there are so much better things to do in Melbourne with people who appreciate your money!!!

The staff at Sea Life were incredible, extremely polite & friendly. Booked this for my 21st birthday because I'm a shark fanatic! Got nice & close to those cutie sharks, highly recommend!

Got this shark dive for myself as a half century birthday present, and I loved every second of it. James did the briefing at the beginning, which was cute. He did a great job of keeping it light but informative. Nikki got us kitted out and gave cheery encouragement. Then into the tank with Caitlyn doing photos and filming.
Damo was our guide and instructor under the water, and was totally fab. Everything was looked after so that all attention could be focused on the experience of being in the water with the beautiful sea life. It’s true that the ‘diver’ is moved and placed and never actually swims, but this is a well oiled machine that has to cater for every capability, and I’m lazy, so it bothered me not one bit.
There were only 2 of us on the dive, and both had scuba experience, so we got a tad longer in the tank.
It was so amazing being underneath the massive rays and in amongst the sharks and grouper fish. Loved it and just wish it was longer.
Maybe next stop will be whale sharks out at Ningaloo reef??? 🦈

fantastic expetience. Very well run, Eddie and Caitlin made us all feel very comfortable in the water. James and Jess were very informative about the animals we'd be seeing and swimming with

Big thanks to Caitlin, James, Ed and Jess for such an amazing experience and I have been recommending this activity to everyone who will listen. It was my first ever dive, but Caitlin and James made me feel very safe even when surrounded by sharks! I was blown away with the number and variety of wildlife - they definitely look bigger on that side of the glass.

Great experience with great instructors but the expensive photo package was definitely not worth it. The photos are not great and the company they use, Magic Memories, is totally unprofessional and lost our videos, and i wasted 2 weeks getting no answer from them.

This diving experience is great for beginners who want to explore outside their comfort zone while staying as safe as possible.
The support team of Eddie and James gave us an entertaining training session and wet suit fit out. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and motivated to give us the best dive possible.
The diving instructors, Caitlin and Taylor, went above and beyond to treat us like VIP's in the difficult environment underwater. They performed complex maneuvers like bringing all the guests into deep water and ensuring that we were comfortable throughout. What makes this even more impressive was that they filmed the whole thing at the same time.
