After a 16 hour flight from LA, we checked into the Crowne Plaza. Close (or actually on the Ybarra River). We walked all around ending up at the Wharf Hotel for beer and pizza! Lovely place to walk or run!
My partner and I enjoyed a pleasant cruise on a ferry from Williamstown to South Bank.
The only unpleasant thing was the smell of diesel that was very strong when you were outside. Which was a shame because the scenery was beautiful
We loved this walk because of the art installations. The bridge alone is spectacular. There are many restaurants, cafés and ice cream vendors. There are grassy lawns to sit on and also some benches. A very pleasant way to spend some time.
I be spent a whole month in Melbourne and this place was definitely one of the safest and peaceful one, moreover fun. All around and beyond there are open pub where you can seat and have fun . Young people everywhere ,the weather was amazing...More
