A theatrical journey amongst the first buildings of European settlement in Hobart that now form the location for the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery. Your guide plays four different characters from Hobart's past, either men who worked in these buildings or helped build them, all of whom reveal secrets and relate stories from Hobart's convict beginnings. The most fun you will ever have learning history.

If you're looking to be entertained for just over an hour this is perfect. Colin takes you back to the very beginning of Hobart town and in character tells you what it was really like. This tour is informative, and very very entertaining. Highly recommended.

Very entertaining and informative. Performer was very enthusiastic (even when my son and I were the only 2 in the audience) and we discovered lots of facts that we weren’t aware of (we’re Hobart locals). It’s great entertainment for all ages and I would thoroughly...More

Excellent! My mother has some difficulty walking but they made sensible caring alternatives. Very informative, fun, refreshing. Have recommended it to other Hobart friends.

I really enjoyed having a performance style history museum tour. The characters are witty representations of Hobart's past. It's better than self-guiding, good value and informative. 😊
