The ride is fun and a beautiful way to go to the Mona. We didn’t bother with paying the extra for the posh pit tickets you really do not need to. It is a twenty minute ride so if you need a drink there is...More

Although, it was a short trip via Mona Roma Ferry to this little but beautiful island, they served champagne, some munchies, juice, coffee and a very pleasant ride across the ocean

We have visited MONA a number of times but this is the first time by boat. Definitely worth doing & a very pleasant trip. Takes around half an hour one way & very comfortable at a fair price

What to say? yes, you can drive to Mona or take the bus, but the fast multihull ferry is definitely the way to go with a pleasant run up the Derwent of about 20 or so minutes. Comfortable and with bar and catering aboard if...More

We travelled to Mona by this ferry and it left on time and was very punctual. Great cafe for alcohol and food. Very smooth and fast ride to MONA.

While in Hobart, the two of us decided to go to MONA. So we caught the ferry. It's a great ride. Fast and comfortable. Drinks available on board. Make sure you go out on the front deck - it is a great view.

Ferry is the only way to arrive at the MONA on a nice day, if its raining it is a little walk up the steps to the MONA the waiting and dropping off area need some sort of weather protection.

The easy way to MONA the Posh Pit is way less crowded and comfy. However it’s only a 25 minute ride. Either way it’s a nice ride to MONA.
