Credit due, we had a kids session and some unsavoury youngest started bullying and eventually hit one of our kids, the mgt were absolutely on the ball and sorted the issue out, very professional.

This place is amazing. I was very tempted to join the kids. But you can sit back in the coffee shop or have a snack if u feel peckish. Place charges by the hour but thats enough

An hour of jumping and climbing is usually enough. But if you're afraid that it wont be, you can pay for an extra hour. Don't think there is a concession price. Anyone over 5 years is priced as general
