Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Booked 2 stations for a disabled client and staff member after speaking to the business and sent a confirmation email, as requested by the business, to confirm the details. Rocked up on the day to find the place locked and no one there. Phoned them, left voicemails, emailed them, and sent a message on their Facebook page. No response at all. Absolute rip off. There are plenty of other VR places to give business to. Don’t give this load of time wasters even a dollar of your hard earned cash.

Very bad don’t go to this place. I bought a groupon voucher for my daughter, booked a session with VR and No one was there, it was closed! Called to see what happened and a guy said they were going to call me to re arrange a new time, nothing! Trying to call back and no one answered, Scam alert, be aware of this place

Myself, my husband, and my younger sister and her friends love hitting up VR. Haven’t tried this one before, and I was honestly disappointed. I went with my sister and her friend, our goal was to mainly play multiplayer. The staff member was great and was doing his best, but the equipment kept failing, lagging and glitching.

I ended up with a headset that didn’t have a working mic so I was yelling to the other two girls across the room while playing multiplayer games which ruins the immersion and they couldn’t hear half of what I was saying anyway. One of my controllers didn’t have a tightening wrist chord for safety which is unnerving, being worried about throwing it across the room. I also ended up needing to be in a bay where there was no screen for the employee to see so he had to yell across the room from his computer to see what was on my screen while troubleshooting.

The haunted house exploration game I saw advertised which I was keen to try wasn’t available. I also think that perhaps you should have an allotted time amount extra for the time waiting when you click that you need help and have to wait for assistance while others are being helped, but that’s just a thought.

Anyway, the last 15 minutes were great when I played an awesome game by myself called superhot - lots of fun! Iman (I think his name was!) was super helpful and gave a really thorough and comprehensive introduction as we had a girl with us who’d never played before. Great customer service, definitely made the situation more bearable.

We paid for an hour, and a decent amount of that was trying to figure out how to connect games together with each other, as well as how to actually play the games (move, interact etc.) and you don’t want to bug the worker every 2 minutes like “I can’t pick this up, how do I open this” etc etc so we ended up just giving up on some games which is stressful when you only have a certain amount of time. Our guy gave us an extra 5 minutes to compensate which was lovely, but after everything we ended up being in there for an hour and 50 minutes and I got a parking fine (my own fault for only getting a little over an hour, just probably contributed to me feeling a bit upset by all this).

I’m not an inexperienced gamer and I’ve done VR a few times but it just wasn’t clear or easy to figure out, and being all spread out in different spots in addition to me not having a screen up would have made it harder for the guy to help us.

TL;DR I think there’s potential, great customer service, but the place just needs a good hardware update!

Amazing spot to go for groups. Games a absolutely brilliant to play as you get solo, co-op and online. You can talk to each other in your session if your playing a co-op. Recommend booking early as it gets booked out quickly. If you have any games that you want to play they offer to install it. While waiting, we loved the free games on the old school Nintendo system!

Me and my girlfriend have been living in Adelaide for 6 months now, and this was the second VR place we tried. Was much better than the first, had lots more different games experienced we tried multiplayer together. Pricing a little better than first one I tried, and will be back while we are still here!

Me & my friends had a great time here on a weekend trip to Adelaide. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did the 1.5 hours during the day and it was perfect. It provided more than enough time to do most games, and finish with light saber game which was trill. A really fun and unique way to spend the afternoon.

Cool new spot to hang out with few buddies. We opted for 1 hour slot with headset games and couple of rides on the car and the roller coaster, ended up costing about $35 each.

Picked this place after bit of search for a fun activity with family. We tried couple of group games and it was surprisingly fun! Very friendly staff too, the kids got to ride the roller coaster for free and loved it. We be heading back again in coming weeks.
