I heard about this place yesterday and just wanted to drop in since it’s so close to my home. A lovely place that looks deceiving from the outside. Lovely staff and beautiful opals.

We had to take a UBER from the downtown area and it was $40. The tour was free and interesting. The jewerelry they sold was very simply set and on the expensive side.

Find out about all things Opal. Not what you’d expect when first walking through the doors. Great displays. Lots of information. All questions answered. We’re ready to go fossicking!

I came here on a whim and was not disappointed. The owner and his assistant were super helpful, never condescending, and I learned heaps. I wish I lived in Brisbane so I could visit this place more often!

The owner was really friendly, gave us an indepth description of Australian opals, and really went above and beyond to explain everything. Highly recommend a visit, and the shop has really beautiful jewelry too
