Extraordinary and unexpected. A wonderful repurposing of the old power house for arts, culture, entertainment and dining experiences. Thoroughly recommended.

Brisbane Powerhouse is an outstanding venue for alternative arts and culture. I love the place. There is always something interesting to see, whether it's a photographic exhibition, the Kransky Sisters concert, university student's exhibition - it's great. The food and drink are a little more...More

Dropped in on the way to the Brisbane Airport - 10 minutes from the City and 10 minutes from the airport. Beside the Brisbane River so views of the river traffic and fabulous homes opposite - great coffee and choice of food - fantastic.

Boring and not suitable for kids. They were bored and we left after 5 minutes. Nice place for a bathroom break!

Such a lovely place to be whether for work or pleasure. Surrounded by beautiful parklands with easy access by river cat or car. Easy access exhibits and good coffee!

What an amazing site! Touring through the inside of the old power station is amazing. Outside the farmers market attracted a huge crowd with plenty of good, local food, drinks and produce.

We stopped in after walking through the park and the open air market on Saturday. Had a local beer, and had a chance to talk with some local people, who very friendly and had a lot of good advise / information. The art was edgy,...More

This place is not only a fantastic looking building, inside and out, but it also houses some amazing artists and exhibitions all year round. One of my favourite things to do at the Powerhouse is to go to 'Knockoff', a free comedy show on Friday...More

Parking is on site but very limited. You are better off parking near New Farm Park and get early to enjoy the pleasant walk
