This is a delightful little venue with plenty of old world charm. I recommend going early for a pre film drink at the bar whilst listening to the superbly talented in-house pianist - wonderful!

Formally home of the Irish Club, this is a beautiful building that has been transformed into a picture theatre. There are remnants of the old bar (now the candy bar/ticket counter), the stained glass is still in place and the names of the rooms are...More

What a lovely concept. The old Irish Club in Elizabeth Street is now a boutique picture theatre. The "Royal" suites are intimate and cosy creating an atmosphere akin to your lounge room at home, assuming yours is as tranquil as mine during movie time. In...More

First time visited. In the old Irish Club and lovely to see they've retained the old world charm. The cornices and wainscoting is still in great condition. Little things like instructions for the odd lift on the ground floor would benefit first timers. (It is...More

Beautifully restored cinema in the cbd. Building used to be the Irish Club. Glad that they kept the original ceiling and the counter. Price is reasonable with different specials too.
