With my wife having next to no interest in the Museum I still showed her the interesting artifacts of the war years from battery positions to ammunition storage to radar towers ! Ended up she was impressed by the whole area and agreed that it...More

Great for picnicking or a bbq and superb for viewing the free fireworks display each July 1st. Always a great place to sink back with a coldie and chill.

We went here after a tiring morning. We had the best view of the city on the left and the serene beauty of the Reserve on the right. The beach was calming and the Aboriginals around were welcoming and harmless.

East Point is a little slice of paradise. You have an abundance of wildlife, wallabies, snakes, birds and horses. The walk is about 6km and a slight incline. The views are stunning and the sea breeze is refreshing.

Must visit for every tourist. East Point Reserve is a rather large area, so any one review is unlikely to cover all it's points.
