What a great little place to watch a movie with the ocean only metres away. Grab dinner and a beer al fresco before the movie here too. A great experience and ‘must do’ whilst in Darwin.

Fabulous setting, great movies, great entertainment and great catering. It's a beautiful place to watch the sun go down before settling in to a movie.

My partner and I weren't sure what do to with our last night in Darwin, we stumbled upon the Deckchair Cinema. Free entry for the movie they were playing, and food available. Watching a movie from under the stars was amazing!

The service from the staff was amazing, excellent seating and the meal I had (Butter chicken I’m pretty sure) was pretty good. The seating and decor is ambient and overall a pretty cool experience.

We had a brilliant night at the deckchair cinema. Lovely ambiance, excellent film. This was definitely one of the highlights of our 5 days in Darwin. Just make sure you don't leave any food at your feet - the possums will be quick to find...More
