We were there for the Sunday market. The sunset was a great bonus. Excellent sunset that day for us.

Great place to sit and take in the sunset, when the market is operating there is a huge range of food choices. No need to pack a picnic dinner

Amazing selection of food and arts and crafts. Friendly, multicultural crowd from all over, and a gorgeous sunset to top it off. Really good experience.

Went to Mindil Beach for the Thursday night markets. Although tight, there was ample parking. Plenty of food stalls for a feed . Some interesting gifts are for sale but for most part it was the usual junk for sale just like any other markets....More

Perhaps this is a bit harsh, no doubt some stalls are better than average, but the five we sampled were pretty ordinary. My Pad Thai was noodles and not much else, the Vietnamese spring rolls at another stall were anything but, and our three Asian...More

So much variety available to choose from in food from around the world the experience is rather exciting. With the variety is the colour of each food stall which adds another dimension as the sun sets. One can take along chairs and tables for eating...More

A nice spot to watch the sunset. Markets are held here twice weekly. Plenty of food vans and lovely home made products. A happy family setting.

A great place to watch the sunset whilst munching on freshly cooked food from the markets. Recommend for anyone staying in Darwin on a Thursday or Sunday

Hi there we went on the Sunday. Just beautiful. Food was great, stalls were good and it was packed. Great start to a new week. I haven't been on a Thursday so I cannot compare. Enjoy
