These pleasant gardens could be enhanced by improved signage. It was somewhat untidy due to a recent storm but worth the stroll before the heat sets in.

We walked through here over two days. the plantings are very well maintained. And the plants themselves are amazing. coming from a temperate climate region we were totally fascinated. The bromeliads are beautiful but the ancient Cycads are extraordinary. good cafe in the grounds

FREE Admission. The garden is well designed and provides plenty of shades during hot days. Suitable for family with young children and wheelchairs accessible in most paths. Highly recommended places to visit if you are in Darwin.

We managed to join the guided free tour by accident. Just walked in in the morning at 10am. Tour starts at 10.30am. So much thought and care has gone in to this garden. So peaceful.
