Amazing show. Absolutely loved it. Was funny, witty, sexy, athletic. Excellent venue. Easy ticket purchase. Easy parking even though right in city. Also got to experience other festival things. Down side - toilets were nasty but tjen it is public toilets at a public event.

What fun in the city with the Sydney Festival. The free entertainment was great, lots of people, food and drink available, perfect weather. But what we didn't like was that the advertised times stated 3 hours earlier than the start time. We got caught out...More

1600th review and what a great way to celebrate. I love the free events at the Sydney festival and this is one of the best. Unfortunately this year is the final one at the Domain - now moving out west to the growing population base...More

Sydney Festival is one of the joys of summer in Sydney. The city - and increasingly beyond - is a mass of colour, events, shows and general fun and mayhem. Each year the Artistic Director strives to once again enthrall us with a smorgasbord of...More

We are mainly focused on the drama, dance and physical theatre at the Festival. It is difficult coming to this from out of town, as many shows are only on for a limited time over the month. We have not been disappointed by what we...More

The venue in Hyde Park was advertised to open at noon. We headed there Tuesday and arrived to find the place pretty much deserted. The food vendors - were opened (about 3)...but nothing was going on.....we walked the empty venue for 30 minutes.... Couldn't find...More

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens
