Have you ever wondered how the Blue Mountains got their name or who the 3 Sisters are? Ever wanted to hear about a dreamtime story? How about seeing WILD kangaroo’s or hiking to the bottom of amazing waterfalls? Ever wanted to swim in natural rock pools in the Worlds second Oldest National Park? If so, then we will take you to discover it all! Barefoot Downunder is a passionate young husband & wife tour operator providing eco friendly and fun trips from Sydney emphasising on hiking and nature, Aussie culture and off-the-beaten-track experiences. Our day tours are active and we visit the World Heritage listed Blue Mountains and the Figure 8 Pools in the Royal National Park. With a focus on adventure, hiking, sustainability and having a rad time all led by friendly and experienced guides! Our trips are suited to ages 18-49 yrs or for the active and young at heart.

I participated in 2 tours - the Blue Mountain and the Figure 8 Pool tours. Both of them were so much fun with great people and fantastic views. I would highly recommend both tours to anyone anytime.

Hi Som_gc, We have select pickup points rather driving for hours in the city at each hotel in order to reduce our carbon footprint, please find our locations on our website under 'more' - 'pickup locations'. Cheers

Hi Trever, 50/50, some days we see them some days we don't! They are called Wallabies in the Royal National Park and are more solitary animals so you will see one and not a mob of 5 or more like the Eastern Grey Kangaroos.
