There are 4x25 step ladders to climb on the way up and way down. They’re not hard though, it’s definitely a walk, wear your trainers it will be fine,

Bridge sampler is shorter duration. Check the website it provides all the info or go to the booking office.

FYI. The bridge climb company lost their contract and another one will be replacing it by the end of September. Consider contacting them and asking all the questions. Best
