We had a lovely day at Manly beach. Catching the ferry from circular quay, the journey took about 25 minutes. The walk from Manly harbour to the beach itself takes a good 5 minutes, through a parade of shops. Once there, there was plenty of beach to enjoy - lots of families…

We found Manly quieter than other beaches....it’s not huge but very nice. Great ferry trip to get there from Circular Quays. Great bars and restaurants. Tip.... Eat at Garfish......Excellent! You must have the Prune & Armagnac Tart with Bitter Orange and Hokey Pokey ice…
