Nice beach easy to get to using Sydney Ferry’s. Took approximately 45 minutes to get to on the ferry followed by a 5 min walk. Nice place to visit if you have a few hours to pass.

Perfect beach to visit, lovely trip from Sydney. To us as Brits, it represented everything we expected, (and are jealous of), in an Aussie surf beach. Good cafes within walking distance (avoid the main Corsa to find more 'local' places)

Lovely place for a walk along the beach or to take a dip. Lots of restaurants and shops. Great place to spend a few hours or the whole day. Well worth a visit.More

Plenty of people enjoying the beach even in the middle of winter. Lots of eating outlets opposite the beach and a nice easy stroll along a well maintained path to Shelly Beach. You may even see a water dragon, dolphins or even a bush turkey!...More

The Manly ferry is worth the trip. Come for the day, and have a sunset dinner over the wharf. Bring your swimmers, as the water may still be warm for snorkeling. Recommend bike hire to see more area, in a shorter amount... More
