Stay away from weekends. Very crowded on Bondi Beach and the path from Bondi to Bronte beach. Beautiful art work along the path and amazing views of the ocean. Totally enjoyed it

The views go on forever - the sound and smell of the sea - the work of art at every turn with nature's sculptured and worn sandstone cliffs - and even though several sets of steps, well maintained by the Council, with safety rails in...More

It is hands down a beautiful beach. Coming from California, will say something. But I would recommend to take your time and go there to get the full experience.

The cliff walk from Bondi beach to Tamarama takes in so much of nature's beauty. The crashing of the waves against the rocks is exhilarating. This is a safe walk for supervised children. In addition, in October/November each year for 2 1/2 weeks there is...More

We enjoyed the walk from Bondi to Coogee beach, taking in all the scenery and beautiful sea views that were there. Some lovely small beaches away from the Bondi crowds delightful couple of hours spent.

Very accessible by public transport, Coogee is the
smaller, friendlier, more intimate version of Bondi
Beach. Coogee is the only beach in the Eastern suburbs
that does not have big waves, making it an excellent
family beach. The Coogee Bay Hotel, located right
across the beach, has one of the biggest beer gardens
in Australia and plenty of entertainment every night
of the week. Be on the lookout for celebrity

Most of the walk can be done with a pram but between Clovelly and Coogee there are steep steps which will make things very difficult.
