Spend several hours walking down the avenue to visit each of the memorials or park close by the specific memorials you wish to visit. Plenty of trees provide a sheltered walk on hot days.

A range of impressive memorials each dedicated to a particular conflict. None, to my mind, more impressive than the bronze castings of men and horses representing the Boer War. Stunning.

Beautiful by day and even at night with the lighting. It's a good way to see how many campaigns our soliders have been in and a way to allow generations to come to pay respect to them.

It's definitely worth taking the time to walk on both sides of ANZAC Parade and view the amazingly unique and poignant memorials. The descriptions and stories that go with them are so interesting. Great photo opportunities!
