We went to Parakai for a birthday party, it was a super busy day and it felt very over crowded in the main outside pool. The pool at the bottom of the slides, looked and felt dirty and murky. The lifeguards were all quite young...More

so very disappointing, we used to frequent here a few years ago but its changed for the worst, rotten wood at the top of the slides, tiles missing off the pool, a poo in the pool, and far too many people admitted, really run down.

This was our first time going to Parakai, didn't realise how small the place is. Like what someone has mentioned it is not worth their normal admission price, however at half price it was worth the trip. Slides were great, but everything else is almost...More

Visited with 6 yr old grandaughter. Perfect mix of relaxing hot pool, outdoor pool and exciting waterslides, all set in pleasant gardens. Clean and safe.

Welcoming and friendly staff met us at the front counter. We went to the big water slides which (contrary to Adam D's Review) were constantly patrolled by lifeguards. If you have a child 5,6,7 years old, you will have to be with them at all...More

Hi, Yes you can bring your own Gas BBQ to the pools but just let receptionist know before you bring it in. You are also welcome to bring your own Marquee and setup on the grass.
