Great place to sit on the promenade by the beach and enjoy a great cup of coffee and watch the world go by. Great value for money. Great to have a toasted tea cake plus they do a great burger.

A great shingle beach with cliffs behind. Great views of the Jurassic coast. All facilities in the town and nice harbour.

Brilliant little beach! The beach hut café is incredibly reasonably priced and the homemade cakes are fantastic (50p for a massive wedge). The “proper” café is just as good and great on a rainy day to sit and watch the bay whilst eating well.

I just love this beach. Old fashion family beach. At high tide we do lose the beach but when it is out lots of wild life to discover. The sunsets are beautiful. Even Turner the artist loved them

I love further along in Westbrook Bay and you are allowed BBQs after 6 pm. I think it is the same all along this coast line.

I think it is, but only at certain times. I would suggest you check with Thanet Council first.
