We visited Navaconcejo in August so we knew to expect high temperatures and low water levels but wanted to see the falls nonetheless.
In order to avoid the heat of the day, we set off at 7:00 AM by torchlight!

Lots of waterfalls along the suggested route. Being one of the most accessible mountain gorges makes the place very visited and overcrowded which makes it difficult to connect with the beautiful surrounding nature. We also found some trash and lots of visible hoses all over...More
