Regardless if it high or low tide this park is very nice, ideal for kids, families, couples or someone who just want to relax and read a book while laying on the grass. It has some BBQ facilities, exercise equipment and of course plenty of space to walk around. Also, the view of the city is amazing as it is just across the harbour..

Great spot on a sunny day. Overnight Campervans find the carpark useful. What a view of Auckland City. And a coin operated BBQ too along with a fitness trail!

Great park for young kids, lots of space to run around. The playground has been improved heaps and is quite big now with lots of activities to do. There is even some gym equipment for the adults.
