We offer state-of-the-art flying fox ziplines and an eco-immersive forest walk for nature lovers of all ages.

With a complimentary pick up from the island's ferry terminal at Matiatia Wharf, or from Oneroa Village bus stop if you're already on the island, you'll enjoy a "mini-tour" of the island en route to our site on Trig Hill.

Upon arrival and welcome at our visitor centre, you will be checked-in, geared up, and readied for one of Auckland's most eco-friendly activities!

Three 200m dual flying fox ziplines will fly you smoothly side-by-side with a partner, friend or relative down into a stunning tract of original and regenerating native 'bush' (forest).

It's a scenic interpretive walk back to base, where you'll learn about local flora and fauna and the conservation of our spectacular natural environment.

With a choice of drop-off locations afterwards, we'll make sure you have plenty of things to do on the island!

We were on a day trip to the island, and had booked this experience in advance, including collection from the ferry. We felt we were in very safe hands with our great knowledgable guides Chook and Gabby. The zip wire experience was amazing, and the walk back through the bush was very informative. A fantastic morning - highly recommend!

My husband has never been zip lining and he is scared of heights so it was a good one for him to do as there are double lines so you go 2 at a time, stunning views and a beautiful walk back to head quarters afterwards, staff were so friendly and welcoming

Jake and Honey were very professional and really nice to us. They were careful with all the security checks and fun during the entire journey. the zip lines were really safe and I wished they were longer for me to savour the beauty of the scenery. the nature walk back was really informative and fun.

Such a cool experience for our whole family. Regan and Gabby were terrific! Our thanks to Regan for his kindness and understanding! He was super cautious with our kids which meant that as parents we knew the kids were in safe hands. Highly recommended as a great experience for all.

This is a great outdoor activity for anyone who loves staring at what beauty nature has to offer. Relatively easy on the heart- we heard a 95 year old woman did it (and survived!) so there's no excuse for you, reader! Keep in mind there are short walks in between the 3 zip line stations and at the very end,... More

EcoZip is a well run company. What fun it is to zip over the bush and grape vines of Waiheke. You get to zip down 3 long, fast zip lines. EcoZip is very concerned about your safety, but also want you to have a good time. When you are done zipping, you take a short hike back up to the... More
