There are not many rooms but each one is filled with interest. There are some wonderful automatons. One in particular captivated me. It was an artist painting a portrait of a lady. Next to the model was a painting of the lady, very clever.

We visited this fabulous chateau on a rainy day in October. My partner is a French antiques dealer and he was impressed with the minatures collection which is one of the biggest collections in Europe. The gardens are stunning and compliment the chateau.
The gardens are wonderfull, the castle itself is nothing special, it´s very small and a ticket is way too expensive for what you get. The staff in the castle refused to speak English and they weren´t friendlly at all.
