It is easy to see why this is a World Heritage Site. We were lucky to go in late September when there were no crowds. We parked up by the castle (alternative is to park below and walk up if the upper lot is full)....More

on our way south we found this wonderful building - flying with our drone was a place - surrounded by wineries - good food - just a place to enjoy for a while !

I drove there. Did not notice any train station - this is a very agricultural place in the country, and not near an urban centre. There must be a bus that can bring you there. Sorry I do not have more specific information... More
