I LOVED this whole trip through a cave in its original condition. Don't come here if you are looking for a concrete footpath and handrails. Do join this trip if you want an authentic experience of an amazing natural environment. It pushed my comfort zone a bit but with a fantastic, knowledgeable guide, you knew you were always safe. An excellent tour combining caving and tubing. The guides are outstanding - thanks to Timmy and Peter for getting me back in one piece. The glow worm cave viewed from your tube as you float through is a truly remarkable experience. However I would suggest that you need more than a reasonable level of fitness to enjoy this. You are... Very friendly owner and tour guides. We really enjoyed this trip. We walked through the caves for over an hour admiring the diffident formations we were then guided through to the river where we tubed in the darkness admiring the glow worms. Felt very safe at all times. Would definitely recommend.

We had a full days activity (4 hours), staff were helpful and friendly. It was so much fun I have been telling all my friends about this. We got given photos at the end and the train was brilliant.

We loved this experience from beginning to end. Andrea was attentive, well-informed and excited about her tour. There were just four of us in our group, so we were able to take our time and learn about the cave formations and glowworms. It's all about the glowworms. They are amazing. The float down the river was fun, too. We recommend... More

My husband and I did this trip at the end of February and it was so much fun. The train ride into the cave was neat, the cave itself had beautiful formations, and seeing the glowworms was a once in a lifetime experience. Our guide was excellent, and the whole operation was very well run!

The cave tour was just incredible. The cave is mostly untouched, no artificial lighting has been installed. Our tour guide Kylie was fantastic and knowledgeable. I expected the glow worms to be a highlight but the formations in the cave were unbelievable. I kind of regret not doing the tube trip, the only advantage to the walk is getting to... More

We did the all-day black water rafting tour. A few thoughts: (1) It is more of a hike than rafting. You spend the majority of the 5-6 hours walking through the forest and the cave. (2) The cave rafting is dependent on the water level. Ours was a little low. (3) Great guides and experience. Everyone was nice and helpful.... More
