I do this review in English and not Korean becaise I want people (international students) to read this review. Teacher has good knowledge of cheesemaking but not really share knowledge with everyone. Teach very fast in english and not answer questions.. say u come to my another course. Also a lot of time wasting in this course as we only... More

We are very disappointed that you were not satisfied with the course that you attended as we take pride in delivering a high standard of tuition. We do NOT believe that the review you have presented is a fair reflection of our course. At no stage during the course were any of these issues you mentioned raised with our trainer.... More

Attend one of their courses which was informative although a little unstructured. I am very disappointed in their follow up service however. Had a few questions and issue after following their technique and recipe. Submitted question via the email address they sent their invoice with as no other email address was provided but never got a response.

Whether you wish to study or eat cheese, this is a trip advisor must stop! The variety of soft, medium and hard artisan cheeses is an explosion of taste to the discerning palate and mind. The plethora of cheese awards is a giveaway to the high quality…and the extemporary wonderful staff and the extraordinaire expertise of master cheese-maker Neil Willman... More

I had a great day at the Cheese School. The day was very hands-on, and there was also lots of explanation of why we were doing what we were doing, which de-mystified the process and helped me understand and remember. We made Haloumi and Brie, and I've been able to repeat the processes at home on my own with good... More

Had a great day 18 March 2016! Made Blue vein and mozzarella, Neil had so much knowledge to pass on and had no issue doing so. Every person there was really, really friendly. I brought a cheese making kit and look forward to giving it a go on my own. I hope to get a group together to go back... More

Thanks for your comments Steve. I love teaching people about cheese and even more so when the participants are enthusiastic. Would love to have you and your group back again. You may even consider it as a private course for your group of friends. cheers Neil More

Four family members went because one had been given vouchers for Christmas. We were interested but not really keen. Well that was at the start. By the end of the class none of us wanted to leave! THIS WAS GREAT. We were told the science, shown the practical and took home the results. Neil was a wonderful teacher, gave each... More

Thanks and it's great to get your wonderful feedback. Sounds like your group had a ball (pun intended). Learning should be fun as well and its our intention to make every workshop enjoyable, educational and memorable. Enthusiasm from participants and great subject matter are the catalysts for enthusiasm from me. Cheers Neil More

Came here with three friends to get a better understanding of the basics of cheese making. I was really surprised at how simple the basics are, but as with any craft, there is a tremendous amount of science and experience between an entry level hack like me and the artisan professional like Neil. We made a Blue Vein and then... More

Highly recommended!! A fun, informative and interesting hands on course. Neil covers the basics of cheese making and much much more imparting his passion for cheese along the way. Taste testing, an insight into Over the Moon Cheese and the thrill of taking your own handmade cheese home. Fabulous!
