Views for days, lovely spot. Surfers, families however it’s not easy to get down to the beach from the carpark. Worth a day in the sun.

This is one of the most beautiful places that I have ever seen. The rough ocean of the West coast and the beautiful sand dunes. The sun setting over the ocean, is just breath taking. Well worth the effort to drive there.

Just a 15 minute walk from Port Waikato Holiday Park this is a lovely beach. We set off to try and catch the sunset but it got a little bit cold. Shame.

Kids loved sliding down the dunes and swimming. Great that it is a patrolled beach by the surf life savers.
