Great for kids. Plenty to do and see. Loads of animals and shows. The sea lions was the best one. Definitely recommend.

We found there was a lot of walking to see either empty enclosuresror not many animals, directions a bit poor and some enclosures a bit small. Visited the dolphin show was good but wouldn’t return

We had a nice day out but as previous people have said it is quite expensive for what is on site. There is plenty of walking involved and it is not suitable for those with mobility issues as some parts are very steep. The bird...More

There are loads of buses that go there firstly. The ticket for 2 adults was around 60 euros so it is a bit pricey but it's worth every penny. The day we went lashed outside but it made no difference, you could see everything and...More

Weather had been dodgy for a few days so headed here for the day. Not the cheapest place to visit, but well maintained, and clean. The Birds of prey show was ok, generally let three birds loose and let them fly. The dolphins show was...More

I have visited Palmitos again and I was disappointed. Parrots show much much shorter than it used to be! Dolphin show - shorter than it used to be! On site restaurant - more expensive than half a year ago!

Depends on mode of transport. By car it’s 30 minutes from Playa Del Ingles so allow yourself 60-75 minutes from Las Palmas.

I've only bought online once, several years ago and yes it needed to be produced at gate. Now we just book at nearest bus station where they print them out for you.
