Take the trolley up and take your time walking down. There is a wonderful restaurant about half the way down with lovely owners and magnificent views.

There is a beautiful view to the sea and towers are also good conditions there are not only ruins. If you travel to neighbourhood of Tossa de mar you can not miss out.

I would say quite a lot of the area could be assessable as the streets are certainly wide enough for a wheelchair, but you might need someone with some strength to push the chair as parts of it are very hilly.
