Love walking around Carr Mill Dam it's a lovely area call into the boat house for a hot drink then the waterside after our walk

We walk around the dam quite regular and it is so beautiful...so peaceful...and every season offers something completely different...the whole place is just fab.

visiting carrmill dam, if only to go to the carvery there for a meal, brought back memrys of years gone by. the food whas very good, and the service exalent. well worth a visit.

A really disappointing carvery. Small portion of meat. Veg was luke warm and all tasteless. The carver was a real misery - may be he had a hard day. Will not be returning. Waste of money!

There is a Toby Carvery adjacent to the dam, but I don't believe there are any public toilets specifically for the walking trails.
