Lots and lots of snow and really low temps. Perfectly prepped slopes. No cues. Not a lot of restaurants or cafés. Lifts are mostly towing.No shops, for groveries you need to visit the village so a car at hand is convenient.

easy to book online before you arrive inc lift pass speedy service good quality equipment shame it's a bit far out from centre to collect and return ski's no where to safely store you boots it's a free for all

Hi! Slaatta is part of Geilo Skiheiser. If you buy a ski pass at Slaatta Skisenter it's valid for the whole of Geilo. Geilo Skisenter's new name is Geilo Hoiday.

Hi there! We do get northern lights here but it's pretty rare. I recommend you to go further up north in Scandinavia to see it if that's what you're after :)
