Swimming in the Emerald pool is not that amazing at all! It’s nice, sure! It was a disappointment. But! There is a blue pool you can walk to! It looks amazing! And the environment around everything is too! You are not allowed to swim in...More

The place is nothing special. Though if you've never seen emerald colored water, you may think it's cool. What is incredibly disappointing about this place is the racist pricing. You are racially profiled when you enter and if you're not Asian, you're charged a 200...More

After reading so much about Emerald pool, we decided to visit Emerald pool on day 1 of Krabi. We took a hotel near airport and rented a ride to drive ~30-40 kms from there. It is a beautiful ride :) and we were very excited...More

We were here 10 years ago and that was lovely, and free. We came back today and so disappointing. Foreigners have to pay 200 thb, locals are free. That transaltes in an invasion of locals, most of them using the spot as a free tub...More

While indeed there were lots of people, it wasn’t impossible to find a spot to swim and chillax in the Emerald Pool in December. But the highlight is the Blue Pool. Opens only certain times of the year. It’s quite a long hike deep inside...More

The place is quite slippery since theres a lot of moss on the pool side! But, the emerald pool itself was nice, but there was a lot of people! I also went to take a look at the blue pool, and it was quite nice!

So visited the Emerald Pool. Read the reviews. I'm not exactly sure why some said we could swim in the Blue Pool, but that was not the case for me and my friend. I mean, that extremely long trek to the Blue Pool was such...More

This was a disappointing excursion off the main road and we only went because we were passing close by. It is very touristy and has an 800 m walk to get to it. There were plenty of people swimming in the warm water. Not sure...More

You can't swim there but it's great to swim at the emerald pool, just be careful because it's slippery.
