There are much better sights in Lopburi - especially the mountains and the beautiful orange, yellow and red flowering trees. The Thais seem enamoured with sun flowers perhaps because of the paucity of flowers in general other than those grown for garlands.

Even my young kids do enjoyed this trip. Didn't walk far into the field. About 1 hour enough for taking pictures. Remember to wear hat or bring umbrella as it's very hot and sunny. Best time to visit from November to December as the flowers...More

Hi Jessteh, I went to the sunflowers on 18 Nov 2017 and they were in full bloom. Hopefully they bloom early this year for your trip.
