This is a lovely place, with great shop (specially during Christmas!) And nice cafe. Parking available free, on gravel and a short walk. Most beautiful borders. If you are touring the area, you could combine it with a visit to Bampton village.

We went to see the colourful autumn borders and they were excellent so many crazy colours, we had a cup of tea and chocolate brownie which was ok, the tearoom was good and there are plenty of tables and outside seating.

Not in the shop and cafe, however there is seating outside where I am sure a dog would be acceptable to sit with you if you were having food and drink from the cafe.
