This is a lovely place, with great shop (specially during Christmas!) And nice cafe. Parking available free, on gravel and a short walk. Most beautiful borders.

We went to see the colourful autumn borders and they were excellent so many crazy colours, we had a cup of tea and chocolate brownie which was ok, the tearoom was good and there are plenty of tables and outside seating.
