Lovely place for a walk, dog friendly with ample car park and toilet facilties on site. Even on a wet, muddy day this is a beautiful place to walk and we will certainly return to this hidden treasure !

Had a nice day here, a lovely wander with the kiddies seeing lots of wooden carved statues, totem poles, streams and bridges. The only thing that let it down on the day we visited was the cafe shut early. Not sure of normal opening hours...More

Plessey Woods is a fab little woodland to go for a walk along the river, either by yourself, with someone or your dog. I would wear walking shoes as some of the ground is a bit uneven and a bit muddy.

Have been going to Plessey Woods for about 12 years and we love it. However I think the toilets are disgusting : they smell and are just old. Otherwise a great place for walks, playing and picnics.

We had lots of fun here at the weekend following the river walk. Lots of nature to see. The place is always kept clean and well presented. We look forward to visiting again.

Fantastic woods and ponds and river. Lots of paths hidden from normal view and different pieces of art that you could easily miss. Wildlife and plant life in abundance with plenty of open spaces and s clouded books. Always worth a visit !

Walking in plessey woods for the first time on the sun dappled paths accompanied by the tinkling of the streams. There are surprises everywhere to be discovered.
