Just north of the lake in Joondalup, the Yellagonga park is a vast expense of greenery and bushes interspersed with pathways leading in several directions.Family or group of friends can enjoy the lake full of birds, the scenery all around and wildlife.

Having lived in Woodvale for 20 years, this park as been a favourite walking spot, from Beeyup to Picnic cove in Edgewater. Neil Hawkins park is always lovely to visit with the lake, bird life and the gorgeous children's playground.

In winter I take my dogs for long walks on the numerous paths set in natural bush and parkland settings. There's the lake filled with local birds and creek.

there is a 18km walk right around this lake, it is lovely, some of it does follow Wanneroo Rd, lots of bike riders and pedestrians use the walk/bike path which is fully sealed, some lovely green plantings on the West side of the lake

This park has very little to talk about, it's not a very tourist attraction place unless you are a nature buff or artist/photographer. It has a large lake that attracts local animal and bird life, and a few scattered park benches to sit and view...More

We ventured here on a Geocaching adventure. I forgot how lovely this part of my back yard is. Calming lakes and walkways (watch out for snakes). Great paths for walking and cycling. Get out there!
