Was impressed with the beauty and stillness of the estate. It was a high point of our trip and I owe it all to Mags and Aidan. Thank you for your kindness and generosity in allowing us to visit the Sky Garden.

It is a somber an moving experience to go where so many people died from starvation. It is beautifully cared for. Well done

This was my second time to stay at Liss Ard Country House Hotel, and began with a warm welcome at the reception desk from Mags, along with Manager Aidan and Director Timo. The whole place exudes an ambience and elegance that is so unique. A...More

Loved everything about this place...it is gorgeous in all seasons and a truly gracious estate with trails which wind through different habitats. The sky garden is amazing but there's admission to it, whilst the walking trails are free.

Very relaxing place, the room we had was in the Mews next to main lodge, we had our own little garden out back, the décor of room was Japanese style with sliding screens. The walking around the grounds were great with woodland walks and lake...More

We decided to go a bit off the beaten track to see the sky garden. For what it was, it was impressive - even on a rainy day. Had I to do it over again I would probably forego this, as a sunny day would...More

This place is simply magical. Everything is so easy; checkin, visiting the gardens, taking the boat out onto the lake and private viewing of the stunning sky garden. The staff can't do enough for you. Make time for long walks and sitting to take in...More
