53 Pearse St. home to a Ballina Institution, Rouse's Bar since 1946. The premises itself has been a pub since 1865, making it one of the town's oldest bars. It is a family run traditional Irish bar, with an outdoor smoking yard, off-licence & a separate lounge, which can be booked free of charge for private parties. We also have a weekly Traditional Irish Music Session every Saturday from 10pm.

Great spot, friendly staff, great atmosphere- traditional Irish pub at its best, authentic and welcoming, well worth a visit!

plenty of character on these walls and plenty of conversation too. i didn't notice any big tvs on which was nice for a change. it was quite busy but the toilets were still clean- good stuff! I didnt like how the barman poured my bulmers...More
