Visited the Derwen Garden Centre, to purchase a couple of bare rooted Apple Trees. A good selection. The staff were both helpful and friedly. Got what we wanted. Afterwards went round the shop, purchased some Christmas presents and had a Pot of Earl Grey and...More

Cafe staff are incompetent. One dizzy woman was awkward when asked if an item was able to be changed with a meal and missed a whole meal off of the order. The dhal was listed on the board to include rice, when the rice was...More

Lovely selection of products plus a really good cafe on the site of Derwen College. The staff were wonderful and couldn’t be more helpful.

We like to think that our plants are priced very competitively, and although we do sell some more unusual and expensive plants, our ties with the nursery allow us to offer unbeatable prices for many things. The barrista coffee is £2.75 which we think is...More

We were seated on the terrace outside the cafe-restaurant under a sun-filled blue sky. September, mid week, mid morning, not many people to cater for. Yes, idyllic. The service was quite prompt. On my plate, a slice of bacon, a couple of sausages, baked beans,...More

We are sorry to hear that your breakfast wasn't what you desired. We do fry all of our Full English Breakfasts, and so it does have a tendency to be slightly on the greasy side. However we aspire to take all criticism constructively - perhaps...More

We are very sorry to hear you had this experience. We source all our bacon and sausages from Appleyards in Shrewsbury, as we believe this is the best quality baconry in the area. We as standard use 3 pieces per sandwich so this must have...More

No.Guide dogs only into the nursery, gardens, shop and eateries. There is however a spacious car park where a dog could be exercised and given water if left in the car while the owner makes a visit.
