A must see. A lovely tribute to race and a person. Way out on the very edge of Chatham Island a visit is well worth it. I found I was drawn back when I left and certainly felt the mystic.

In itself, this is a cement statue of Tommy looking out to see from a fenced enclosure on the Solomon Estate (farm). You need a history or a guide to understand the full significance but the scenic road trip out from Waitangi to this site...More
