Trigg beach is one of Perth's northern beaches but only 20 minutes from the city. A towel, water perhaps a book and i'm in heaven. The water is aqua and waves usually manageable

I came here after looking at trip advisor reviews to do a bit of snorkeling on my holiday. Unfortunately the day I went it was very windy and the waves were quite large for the area. I snorkeled anyway and saw a variety of fish...More

Sometimes a hit and miss with conditions, vis can be a bit low because of sediment. I have found most times it's best to go early in the morning (~7-8am). Multiple swim-throughs to play around in on the other side of the reef.

Mettam's pool is a great spot to take the family for a swim and a snorkel to view the fish. Beware of the rocks and currents.

With it being so close to the busy beach you wouldn’t expect to see the abs dance of fish that we saw. It was great. Protected by the Reef about 100 metres offshore there are small waves and clear water to see the fish. Look...More
