A small trek up the reserve and once at the top the view both sides is breath taking. Phone camera pics do not do it justice. The guide was very informative and knowledgeable. He knew exactly where to find the animal if they showed their little faces.

We would like to share our gratitude for Mr Wan from the concierge. He was very helpful in assisting us with our urgent rental car booking. Even though we did not book the car in the end, Mr Wan went all out to help us nonetheless. His service standard is excellent and he did his best in assisting the guests. Thank you very much to Mr Wan. 

My second stayed at this hotel and was yet again impressed by its stunning natural views of the sea. Each morning, I enjoyed breathtaking sunrises and sunset in the evening right from my room. The hotel’s location also offers an abundance of hiking trails, bourse/atv riding and even kayaking within the property, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the ocean or explore scenic trails, this hotel delivers on both fronts. Highly recommended for nature enthusiasts and those seeking a serene getaway! Shangri-La Rasa Ria has been my default getaway resort.

This is a wonderful hotel, in a beautiful location. Excellent food and drink in several bars and restaurants. Lots to do. But most importantly, absolutely superb staff. Very helpful, kindly, sincere, well trained. We were lucky to meet FiFi (guest relations officer) early in out 10 day stay, and she guided us through getting the best from the hotel, including arrangements for my 60th birthday - which went off perfectly! Be sure to catch the cultural show: Wednesday and Sunday, 5.30pm Very highly recommended.
